The façade is a combination of large-format ceramic tiles and a mineral plaster finish. External thermal insulation between 12 cm and 15 cm is provided.
Decorative lighting will be installed along the length of the building to highlight the architectural design during the darker hours of the day.
Heating will be provided by a thermal power plant. We also provide for the installation of duct connections for air conditioners to each room, while the outdoor air conditioning units are relocated to a designated area.
Each apartment is delivered with a plastered and lime-cement rendered finish, fitted switches and sockets, a high-end armoured front door with decorative frame and a built-in doorbell.
Next to each property there is an intercom system with the option of a video link and a low-current installation to each room.

ERIA includes a total of 217 apartments in two towers: one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Floor areas range from 62 to 260 m². The project also includes eight commercial units. Current availability and the exact floor areas of individual apartments are confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Prices range from €2,000 to €2,400/m² including VAT, depending on the apartment type, floor and orientation. The current price of a particular property needs to be confirmed at the time of enquiry, as availability changes.
The standard payment schedule is 20% on signing the preliminary contract, 30% at Act 14, 20% when windows and installations are fitted, 20% at Act 15 and 10% at Act 16. ERIA has a two-level underground car park with 242 spaces. The two towers are connected by a landscaped courtyard terrace without cars, with paths, seating and relaxation areas. Access is controlled through a biometric system and smartphones, and 24/7 video surveillance is planned throughout the complex.
