The façade is a combination of large-format ceramic tiles and a mineral plaster finish. External thermal insulation between 12 cm and 15 cm is provided.
Decorative lighting will be installed along the length of the building to highlight the architectural design during the darker hours of the day.
Heating will be provided by a thermal power plant. We also provide for the installation of duct connections for air conditioners to each room, while the outdoor air conditioning units are relocated to a designated area.
