1.1 These terms and conditions govern the general use of the website www.emblema.bg (the WEBSITE). .
With each use of the resources of the WEBSITE, USERS declare that they are familiar with these terms and conditions, agree to them and undertake to comply with them. In case USERS have any questions, it is advisable to contact the website operator. Also, if USERS do not agree to any of the terms contained in the general terms and conditions, use of the website is not recommended.
1.2 The TERMS may be updated at any time without prior notice to USERS.

3. KEY CONCEPTS IN THIS DOCUMENT
3.1. In these General Terms and Conditions, the WEBSITE refers to the website www.emblema.bg, owned by the company EMBLEMA OOD, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 207635965.
3.2. A USER within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is any legally competent individual or duly and validly registered legal entity. Users within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions are of two types:
a) Registered – users who register on the website www.emblema.bg by duly completing an electronic enquiry form.
b) Unregistered – users who visit the WEBSITE without performing the necessary registration actions.
3.3. “Site” – an internet resource expressed in files, programs, text, pictures, images and/or other materials, accessible through the domain www.emblema.bg.
3.4. These General Terms and Conditions are published on the WEBSITE and are deemed to be accepted by the USER upon entering the site.
3.5. “Services” are the services that the WEBSITE offers, which include, but are not limited to:
3.5.1. Providing a variety of information about EMBLEMA OOD, the investment projects related to the company, as well as the services that the company offers such as the sale of residential areas and retail space.
3.5.2. The WEBSITE provides the USER with the opportunity to send requests for information related to the company’s activities by filling out a contact form.
4. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE www.emblema.bg
4.1. The General Terms and Conditions on the WEBSITE in themselves constitute a contract that each USER enters into with EMBLEMA OOD, as the owner of the WEBSITE www.emblema.bg.
4.2. By accessing the website, the USER declares that he/she wishes to use the services of the site, that he/she is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them when using the site, each link and section thereof, as well as with the creation, development and termination of any legal relationship arising as a result of the use of this site.
4.3. Binding to the General Terms and Conditions is applicable both to the current configuration of the site and to all changes made to it in the form of supplementary amendments or addition of new links, sections, etc.
4.4. EMBLEMA OOD reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend and add to these General Terms and Conditions, and is not obliged to explicitly notify the User of this. Any changes to the General Terms and Conditions that EMBLEMA OOD makes will be published on this page and every User has free access to them. The changes shall take effect immediately upon their publication. It is the User’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the General Terms and Conditions before each use of the website www.emblema.bg.
4.5. EMBLEMA OOD may change or discontinue any service or feature of its site at any time, including but not limited to content, as well as equipment (hardware and software) required for access or use.
4.6. EMBLEMA OOD shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages, or lost profits resulting from changes to the Terms and Services, as well as any other changes to the content of the site.
4.7. EMBLEMA OOD has no obligation to control the way in which the User uses the Services provided on the WEBSITE and shall not be responsible for the User’s goals and activities in connection with the use of the Services. The Operator has no obligation to monitor the information stored on its servers or made available when providing the Services, nor to search for facts and circumstances indicating the commission of illegal activity by the User through the use of the Services.

5.1. When using the resources subject to these General Terms and Conditions, the USER has access to a variety of content that may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights. All intellectual property rights on the information resources and materials published on the site (news and current information, author’s photos, video materials and publications) are subject to protection under the current Copyright and Related Rights Act, and their unregulated use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative-penal and criminal liability in accordance with current Bulgarian legislation.
5.2. The use of materials from the WEBSITE is permitted only when their source is correctly indicated.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 EMBLEMA OOD shall make every effort to maintain true, accurate and up-to-date information on its site, without excluding the possibility of objective inconsistencies or omissions arising from time to time. EMBLEMA OOD shall not be liable for the consequences, including any damages, arising from or related in any way to the access, use or inability to use this site. All information on the site is provided in accordance with current Bulgarian legislation, without any guarantee on the part of EMBLEMA OOD for its inviolability and safety from malicious attacks by third parties.
6.2. EMBLEMA OOD shall not be liable for the content, accuracy and legality of links to websites and services or resources that have become available to the USER while using the WEBSITE.
6.3 EMBLEMA OOD shall not be liable for the subjective perceptions and interpretation of the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information resources on this site.
6.4 EMBLEMA OOD shall be entitled to compensation for all damages, expenses and claims of third parties resulting from a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and/or unregulated use of the site’s Services.

7.1. The information, documents and services contained in websites to which this site refers or offers hyperlinks have not been verified and analysed by EMBLEMA OOD and the EMBLEMA OOD company in no way guarantees their accuracy, completeness and/or accessibility.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Any potential dispute between EMBLEMA OOD and the USERS shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If such an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
8.2. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and do not wish to be bound by them, you are not permitted to visit the website www.emblema.bg, use it, or be a party to any legal relationship governed by it.
