We revived a building built in the historic Viennese style (Art Nouveau) at Schottenfeldgasse 3 (corner of the famous shopping street Mariahilfer Straße) and built two roof floors - with 7 new super luxury apartments with the highest class of construction and equipment, keeping the style and prevalence of loft space. The new building has also become suitable for disadvantaged people, with the new elevator system from the basement to the second attic floor, spacious spatial conditions for a perfect lifestyle with functionally well-planned floor distributions.
