CMP PLEVEN is the first retail and entertainment center in the city of Pleven opened in September 2008. After a large-scale reconstruction of a building in the ideal center of the city, EUR 9.2 million was invested in the site, which ranks it among the largest projects in northwestern Bulgaria for its time.

The commercial area of CMP is 11,000 sq. m. The 5-level building includes ~40 shops, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes, a cinema, dry cleaning, a pharmacy and numerous fashion stores. A kids entertainment zone was planned for the children. Shopping and entertainment center CMP "Central Mall Pleven" is located on the pedestrian shopping street "Vasil Levski" in the city of Pleven. The project is located next to important administrative buildings, bank branches and is near the "Rostov" hotel.
