About The Project

ALERA is a new residential complex comprising 173 apartments, aboveground and underground parking, a restaurant and two shops.

ALERA residential complex is comfortably located between Sofia City and Vitosha Mountain. It offers space, silence, fresh air, attractive views, park, excellent accessibility and security.

Driven by the desire to create a gated residential complex with elegant, modern architecture, lean lines, practical interior solutions, and a large courtyard-garden, we looked for and found the most suitable terrain. ALERA consists of two separate buildings, built in two stages. Construction of the first part of the project, with built-up area of 21,000 sq.m, is already underway. The architectural design foresees 173 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes in total, with underground and aboveground parking and three retail outlets - a restaurant and two shops.

The residential complex spans a wide area, with a beautiful view to the mountain and unique transport accessibility to all parts of the capital. We paid special attention to security, to facilities for children to play and green areas.

Project financing has been secured in partnership with the Bulgarian American Credit Bank (BACB). Another financial commitment of the financial institution is its offer of attractive loan products to our future clients.

The project is located off the Mizia/New Bulgarian University Metro Station which makes Sofia downtown counted minutes away. Access to the Ring Road is also easy.
